Shipping policy

No Bullshit- Here's how shipping works.

Two48 currently carries a mix of on-hand inventory and POD products, so deliver times can vary depending on what you order. 

On-Hand Products

If we have it sitting on the shelf, we'll get it headed your way as quickly as we can. Most on-hand orders ship same day, next day by latest.

POD Products

Some of our products are still made to order through our POD partners. These items have to be produced before they can ship, so they'll take longer to get to you. With quality comes patience.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Because both can vary depending on the product and where it's being fulfilled, we don't guarantee an exact delivery date, that'd be wrong of us. 

We're attempting to have more products on hand than POD so we can get you your shit faster. 

Mixed Orders

If you order both on hand and POD products, they will ship separately and most likely arrive at different times. Don't worry if part of your order shows up first- we didn't forget the rest.

You may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking may take a little time to update after the carrier receives your package. 

Wrong address

That's on you bruh, just kidding.

Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake after you make your order, contact us at two48productions@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to fix it before it does. Once it's already on the road, there may not be much we can do (unless its our fault or the carriers fault.) I have seen shipping companies print a complete different address on a label than I asked them to print. But, if that happens and we don't catch it. We'll make it right, so don't be afraid to reach out.

Lost, Damaged, or Something Ain't Right

Shipping carriers aren't perfect and neither are we.

If your package is lost, arrives damage, or something just isn't right. email two48productions@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help figure out what happened.
